Rugby World Cup Ticket Conditions

  • Tickets for Rugby World Cup 2011 will go on public sale in April 2010.
  • As a season ticket holder you will have the benefit of a Priority Booking Period prior to the public release of tickets to apply for a "Venue Pool Pack" consisting of one ticket to each of the pool matches in Dunedin.
  • Where season ticket holders apply for a Venue Pool Pack, they will also have the option to apply for a Quarter Final Weekend Pack.
  • To be eligible to apply for a Venue Pool Pack during the Priority Booking Period you must purchase a Otago & Highlanders season ticket, and be part of our season ticket database, by 8 February 2010.
  • The expectation is that the Priority Booking Period will be made available to season ticket holders in March 2010.
  • Season ticket holders may apply for one Venue Pool Pack for each season ticket held with the ability to nominate up to three other season ticket holders to sit with.
  • Purchasing a Otago & Highlanders season ticket and access to the season ticket
  • Priority Booking Period does not guarantee any season ticket holder a Venue Pool Pack or any other RWC 2011 tickets.
  • Venue Pool Packs, Quarter Final Weekend Packs and tickets to the Bronze final will be subject to availability.
  • In the event of over-subscription, applicants will be randomly selected. Tickets for all matches will be allocated by Rugby New Zealand 2011 Limited.
  • Applicants will not be entitled to their season ticket allocated seat; however, they will be able to express a preference for a seating category (subject to availability).
  • Information on the Official RWC 2011 Ticketing Programme (including public sales) is available, and will be updated from time to time, on www.rugbyworldcup.com
