Biography

Thomson is a dynamic runner with the ball and undoubtedly benefited from being with the national sevens team. Not wanted for the 2007 Super 14, he played two matches as a replacement in 2006. More regular games in 2008 saw him gain selection in the All Blacks and he continued to thrive in 2009.
